As the Receptionist at Jugnu Salon, you'll be the first point of contact for our clients, both in-person and over the phone. Your welcoming smile, efficient management skills, and tech proficiency will ensure our clients feel valued while keeping our operations running smoothly. You'll be responsible for scheduling appointments, managing client queries, handling the salon's online inventory, and ensuring a seamless salon experience.

𝐊𝐞𝐲 𝐑𝐞𝐬𝐩𝐨𝐧𝐬𝐢𝐛𝐢𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐢𝐞𝐬:

Warmly greet clients, provide them with information on our services, and assist them throughout their visit.
Answer phone calls promptly, manage bookings, and maintain organized scheduling.
Utilize salon management software for inventory tracking.
Process transactions and handle cash, credit, and digital payments.
Maintain a clean, tidy, and inviting reception area.
Provide administrative support to the salon staff and management.
Develop and maintain relationships with clients to ensure repeat visits and excellent service ratings.
Handle client concerns with professionalism and escalate issues appropriately.

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐧𝐭𝐬:

Proven experience in a receptionist or customer service role.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Competency in handling a multi-line phone system and managing online bookings.
Familiarity with inventory management systems and basic computer applications.
Ability to stay organized and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of the beauty and salon industry is a plus.
