On my last day in Thailand, I unexpectedly found myself at Wat Pho — one of the oldest schools of traditional Thai Nuad — joining a course in Reusi Dat Ton, the beautiful healing poses once practiced by Thai hermits.

Powerful, grounding, dwelling simply soo good 👌

Our teacher, Lim, shared her knowledge with such generosity and patience that everything felt accessible and natural.
