A few weeks ago I took part in an international meditation event with a Thai monk, held by my friend Tom
It was an explicit event as our monk gave us a guided meditation which took me to a very peaceful place.
The monk explained to us the most essential pillars of our life. If all of them are well taken care of, we will feel content and satisfied 🫠

FLOW IN FOUR ELEMENTS 🌎🌬🔥🌊
A series of four yoga meetings during which I will guide you through a series of standing postures, core strengthening asanas and backbends.
Course schedule:
1 meeting – meditation, yoga session focused on standing postures. Elemental earth
2 meeting – meditation, yoga session aimed at deepening standing postures and twists. Element air.
3 meeting – meditation, yoga session aimed at strengthening the center of the body. Elemental fire.
4 meeting – meditation, yoga session focused on backbends. Water element
For whom? If you want to balance your yoga practice, deepen your ranges and understand how to align your body in asanas.
Open level, during the practice I will show modifications for beginners.

Cykl czterech spotkań yogowych podczas których przeprowadzę Ciebie przez serię postaw stojących, wzmacniających centrum ciała oraz wygięć.
Plan zajęć:
1 spotkanie – medytacja, sesja yogi ukierunkowana na postawy stojące. Żywioł ziemia
2 spotkanie – medytacja, sesja yogi ukierunkowana na pogłębienie postaw stojących i skręty. Żywioł powietrze.
3 spotkanie – medytacja, sesja yogi ukierunkowana na wzmocnienie centrum ciała. Żywioł ogień.
4 spotkanie – medytacja, sesja yogi ukierunkowana na wygięcia. Żywioł woda
Dla kogo? Jeśli chcesz zbalansować swoją praktykę yogi, pogłębić zakresy i zrozumieć jak układać ciało w asanach.

To be honest, I’ve never been a fan of either receiving or giving alignments in yoga practice until now ☺️
After studying teaching methods on adjustments and alignments, I’ve definitely gained more confidence and understanding on how to align yoga postures safely :)

For the last few days I’ve been cycling across a very demanding area so my hamstrings tend to be stiff and therefore I need to work more on flexibility and mobility. My most favorite post cycling asanas are: Adho Mukha Svanasana, Uttasanasa and Trikonasana 🧘♀️
Remember to release the tension and tightness in your hamstrings on daily basis especially if you sit a lot 🧘♀️🚴♀️
Adho Mukha Vrksasana, commonly know as Handstand, boosts energy and confidence. Doing this posture literally gives me a new perspective on life 🤸♀️
I was so happy to do it after more than one year of practicing handstands but still it needs mastering 🪷

My wonderful stay in Lagos is slowly comming to an end 🥹 but I’m so grateful for coming across this wonderful place full of warmth and real yoga spirit. Especially classes with which I attended regularly for the last 3 months. Honestly, I have never been a fan of Ashtanga until I entered Primary Series with Isabel. Hope to pop in once I come back to Lagos and highly recommend classes with Isabell to anyone who is visiting my beautiful Lagos, 🇵🇹

Urdhva Mukha Svanasana aka Upward Facing Dog Pose extends the back of the body to create a focused stretch of the front.
It also opens the chest and creates more space in your upper body part ✨
Remember to activate your buttocks and quadriceps
Combined with downward facing dog it’s a perfect stretch for the morning bliss ☺️

I’ve been reprogramming and rewiring my body and mind since I started doing yoga.
It’s a daily work which needs to be done in order to maintain both physical and mental health.
The key is that we need to do it every single day ✨little by little ✨
