The aim of the project is to create, prepare and implement on the Polish and British innovative e-services, which aims to help its private users in the preparation and application of nutrition and diet plans, and catering companies will give a tool to adjust its manu plans for nutrition and diets. Target groups on both the Polish and UK e-services include:

Gazpacho
ingredients
100 ml chicken broth
2 pieces of tomato
1 small onion piece
0.5 art red pepper
1 clove garlic
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon lemon juice

recipe:
Blanch tomatoes and peel. Chop the onion and bell pepper cut into small cubes. Put down a small portion of vegetables, and the other blend in a blender. Add broth, crushed garlic, olive oil and lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper. Put in the fridge for 2 hours. Before serving, add the other vegetables.
Enjoy your meal!

The idea for tomorrow for breakfast:

Strawberry-Almond Oatmeal
271 kcal
Macro: 11.74g protein, 8.96g fats, 39,19g carbohydrates,

We need:

200 ml 2% milk
50 g strawberries or more
1 handful of oatmeal Mountain
1 teaspoon almond flakes
1 teaspoon honey
recipe:
Throwoatmeal on the hot milk and cook 5 minutes. In the meantime, cut the strawberries into cubes. Put porridge on a plate, add the strawberries and honey. Sprinkle with almonds. Enjoy your meal!

The idea for lunch:

Soup with carrots, apples and celery
We need:
2 pieces of carrots
1 small onion piece
1 stalk celery
500 ml vegetable broth
1 piece of apple
1 tablespoon tomato paste
1 teaspoon sugar
1 bay leaf art

Carrots cut into small cubes and celery slices. Chop the onion. Shredded vegetables put in a large saucepan and pour over broth. Bring to a boil and simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. During this time, peel an apple, a hollow middle and chop. Then, along with the tomato concentrate, sugar, bay leaf and put into a saucepan and bring to the boil. Reduce the heat, cover and cook for 20 minutes. Remove the bay leaf. Transfer the soup to a food processor and blend until smooth. Gently heat the soup. Before serving, sprinkle with chopped walnuts and sunflower seeds.
