HEY PEEPS. I keep a low key vibe about myself. I rarely talk or elaborate about my thirty years. Yes, big 30 years of experience in massage, bodywork and combined esthetician work. Here is the summary just some of my professional experiences and professions.

I am called a clinical/specialist licensed massage therapist. I
am trained and certified in trigger point release. I am called a neuromuscular massage therapist. I EARNED my LMT CNMT. Not every massage therapist earns this title or can be called this. I bill insurances and have worked in medical offices. I am a medical massage therapist.

I recieved two certificates in Neuromuscular Massage. I also studied deep tissue, lymphatic drainage massage,
Gua Sha, cupping, reflexology, sports massage, Muscle Act Techniques, aka MAT/ Aucupressure, kinesiology (muscle testing) pregnancy massage,
Sports and MAT. This doesn't include being trained in Cranio-Sacral therapies, as well Rolfing. I am called a rolfer and Cranio-Sacral therapist.

I still study, write and help with review peers as I have had former teachers critique me.

I AM trained in nine disciplines and techniques of massage, bodywork breathwork and meditation. I have worked with Olympic athletes, pro and semi-pro. I have worked with doctors, specialists, nurse practitioners and still enjoy referrals from physicians, local chiropractors, doctors love continuing
to see their family members.

I trained as a doula, (helped deliver over thirty babies in hospital settings) not including home births. I am called a doula and still enjoy helping mothers even today.

I am an esthetician. I took advanced training after my esthetician boards and I EARNED the right to be called a Medispa Esthetician. I learned professional make-up and even learned cinema makeup. I AM a make-up artist.

I taught numerous years continuing education at Colorado Institute of Massage Therapy in spa and aromatherapy. I AM called a teacher.

Many of my clients drive long distances and fly in. Many come from the midwest, New York, Washington (state) Florida, Hawaii and drive hours to see me. I can boast even Europe.
