🍫 Triple Chocolate Cheesecake – A Chocoholic’s Dream! 🍰✨
This rich and creamy cheesecake is packed with three layers of chocolate goodness: chocolate crust, chocolate cheesecake filling, and chocolate ganache topping. Pure indulgence in every bite!
✨ Ingredients:
For the Crust:
2 cups chocolate cookie crumbs (like Oreos)
1/4 cup melted butter
For the Cheesecake Filling:
24 oz (680g) cream cheese (softened)
1 cup sugar
3 large eggs
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/2 cup sour cream
1/2 cup melted dark chocolate
1/2 cup melted milk chocolate
1/4 cup cocoa powder
For the Chocolate Ganache:
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 cup semisweet chocolate chips
✨ Instructions:
1️⃣ Prepare the Crust:
Preheat oven to 325°F (163°C).
Mix cookie crumbs with melted butter and press into a 9-inch springform pan.
Bake for 10 minutes, then let cool.
2️⃣ Make the Cheesecake Filling:
Beat cream cheese and sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, mixing well.
Mix in vanilla, sour cream, and cocoa powder.
Fold in the melted dark and milk chocolate until smooth.
Pour over the cooled crust.
3️⃣ Bake the Cheesecake:
Wrap the pan with foil and place in a water bath (a larger pan filled with hot water).
Bake for 50-55 minutes, until the center is slightly jiggly.
Turn off the oven, leave the door slightly open, and let the cheesecake cool inside for 1 hour.
Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight.
4️⃣ Make the Ganache:
Heat heavy cream until hot but not boiling.
Pour over chocolate chips, let sit for 2 minutes, then stir until smooth.
Pour over the chilled cheesecake and spread evenly.
5️⃣ Serve & Enjoy!
Garnish with chocolate shavings, whipped cream, or cocoa powder.
