Something I don’t talk about enough is how much I struggle with consistency in my business.
After L-Brunch — which was such an amazing comeback for Hygieia ✨I came home feeling inspired… and then my inner critic showed up almost immediately.
The voice that says I should be doing more, posting more, growing faster.
Sometimes that voice can spiral and pull me into a really dark place.
I’m learning that building something meaningful isn’t always linear. Sometimes it’s messy, slow, and full of pauses.
But I’m still here. And I’m still trying.
