It was such an honor to work with this incredible client and help restore her confidence. 🤍
Years ago, after reconstructive surgery, she had a tattoo that no longer felt like her. I was able to refresh it with a more natural tones and build realistic depth and detail. This is the result healed.
She returned for a touch-up, and we took it even further. Both of us are beyond thrilled with how it turned out, just this one session.
This work is so much more than ink, it’s about feeling whole again. 💫

Client flew all the way from Washington just for her brows… and I’m SO glad she came in person! 😍
Photos she sent looked okay at first… but in person? I immediately spotted uneven light-red pigmentation from old work + hidden scarring underneath.
Why in-person evaluations are EVERYTHING in permanent make-up:
• Bad depth/technique from previous sessions can cause scarring (just like bad body tattoos!)
• Scarring changes skin texture → ink won’t retain properly, heals patchy, and results fade fast.
Instead of pushing to “fix” her brows right away, I recommended microneedling first to soften + minimize the scar tissue. Only then can we build beautiful, long-lasting brows on healthy skin. 💪
Moral of the story: Photos lie. Scars hide. ALWAYS do an in-person consult before committing. Your brows (and results) deserve it! 👀

Here is an example of the importance of a personalized brow design.
• Before — Natural, sparse brows with uneven density, some gaps, and lighter areas (very common as we age or after years of tweezing/plucking).
• Mid-process — The crucial pre-design mapping! You can see the gentle guideline drawn to respect her bone structure, existing hairs, natural arch, and facial symmetry. No cookie-cutter templates here, every brow is mapped uniquely.
• After (healed soft powder brows) — Subtle, airbrushed powder effect that fills in sparsely without looking heavy or artificial. The gradient is softest at the front (for that natural start) and builds gently toward the tail. Result? Defined, lifted, just enhanced and effortless.

A great micropigmentation result starts with an excellent, customized design. Copy-paste shapes ignore your natural anatomy and almost always lead to unnatural or unbalanced outcomes. When the design adapts to YOU, the pigment integrates beautifully and ages gracefully.
