In this video, I’m speaking in Portuguese about what Alma by Laura really is — and I wanted to give you a little introduction in English too.

At Alma by Laura, you create your own experience with us.

Whether you choose 60 minutes, 90 minutes or 2 hours, the experience is completely personalised to you. You tell us what you need, what you feel like, what you would like to experience — and our therapist is guided by you throughout your treatment.

We are a Day Spa inside Vilar do Golf, in Quinta do Lago, surrounded by the beautiful nature of our resort.

When you pass Noa, simply enter Vilar do Golf — we are right here, inside the resort, waiting to welcome you into your own moment of Alma.
