This Class is a great Alternative Group Fitness Workout with a Qualified Instructor(BOXERCISE UK) that uses Pads and Gloves and works on Cardio Fitness, Reflexes, Movement and Coordination with some Core Strength Exercises included. It is NOT a Boxing specific class . It is suitable for Beginners is Easy to follow and Fun. If We can get a Core Group of 12-14 people we will start up the Class next Friday 11th September.
