I have been away in Lisbon teaching oils classes on how you can enhance your wellbeing with the use of essential oils. It was wonderful! This is an inspirational idea of a daily routine by Dr Hill who is one of the founders of DoTERRA. He is the science behind the company and I love watching him speak about essential oils and their proven benefits. I love this image. It's so easy in motherhood or any go go go lifestyle to harden and live in the yang rather than the yin part of yourself.
