This time of year often becomes the busiest season— full calendars, late nights, endless to-dos, and pressure to show up for everything and everyone. It’s easy to get overwhelmed.

For our ancestors, this was a quieter time:

As we prepare for a winter break, now’s the time to book your session before we close until March. This season has been a time of deep reflection and transformation for us— We have been navigating a very loving and beautiful conscious uncoupling (don’t worry, we are still great friends!), and we have been honoring the changes within our relationship, within ourselves, and within Jardim Santuary.

Thiago will be spending a few months in Brazil to process and integrate, to reconnect with family and roots, to study and deepen his work, to rest and heal and to return rebirthed.

Silvia will still be around during the winter months as she embarks on this new chapter. And! Heads up: She will be welcoming her first clients and seeking a few volunteers to receive free sessions as she completes her hypnotherapy certification 😉

We hope to see you before December 14th, as Thiago will be taking flight to Brazil on the 15th. 🦅

🙌🏼 October 31 marked two years of Jardim Sanctuary! 🙌🏾

Two years ago, Jardim Sanctuary was born out of a dream to create a safe and Sacred space for healing. What began as a simple vision has blossomed into a sanctuary where so many have found profound relaxation, release, renewal and rebirth. It has been such a transformative journey of growth, and heart-centered care and connection, and we are deeply grateful to each of you for making this possible!

To every soul who has walked through these doors, trusted in this space, and embraced their journey towards wellness with us—Thank You. Jardim Sanctuary is here because of you. We are so honored to have supported each and every one of you, and look forward to many more years together. 💞

As we celebrate this milestone, we also want to share that we will be taking a restful break this winter, reopening in March with new offerings to further support your journey—introducing new therapies to deepen and expand your experience with us.

After a season of deep inner exploration, contemplation and integration, Silvia is re-emerging with renewed purpose 🐉

She has been diving deep into the transformative realms of hypnotherapy and energy healing, and has been dedicating a lot of her time and energy to becoming a clinical hypnotherapist and energy healer. Her hope is to blend the wisdom of these two therapies, which have helped her so much in her own life, and have inspired her to support this same healing and heart opening within you.

Soon, she will be merging multiple modalities in her sessions, including the profound practices that have always been at the heart of her work— Oracle readings, and gentle bodywork for relaxation and release in all realms: physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual.
