Built in 99 in pure Madeira style on the ground of an old farm, blends with the surrounding gardens and jacaranda trees. Only 5 minutes from the centre of Funchal, The Cozy Nook Residence stands on two floors with a private garden where you will find our tropical banana trees. The ground floor welcomes you with a large living lounge with a dining area and comfortable sofas close to the fireplace (in winter - for us - Madeira - 16ºC is cold!!!). at the same floor a fully equipped kitchen with a large breakfast table opens over a back garden where you will find a barbecue. One guest bathroom completes the facilities at the ground floor.
