This will be a self-healing autumn Ayurveda and Yoga workshop.
Allow yourself to be guided through a nourishing breath work session followed by a Hatha yoga practice, learn about the basic principles of Ayurveda and discover your dominant dosha type.

Some of the highlights will include:

✨Food charts and lists of food types best suited to support better digestion and to keep your dominant dosha in balance
✨Herbs and natural ingredients to use from your home for your skin and hair health according to each dosha type
✨Recipes to follow to make healthy Ayurvedic meals using simple ingredients
✨Gentle and strengthening Hatha Yoga for all levels and energising breath work practices
✨Enjoy homemade Ayurvedic treats and spiced teas.

Ciara has been an Ayurvedic practitioner for over 4 years and a Yoga teacher for 9 years, who has recently relocated to Lagos from Ireland.
