One of the greatest gifts of observing the sky is recognizing that its movements awaken corresponding movements within us. As above, so below.

Saturn retrograde in Aries has found me in one of the most confronting seasons of my life. Over the past few months, my sense of justice, trust, and integrity has been deeply tested. Watching my son be physically assaulted at school, witnessing information being withheld and facts surrounding the incident denied, and then facing threats from the aggressor’s family because I chose to seek justice. Seeing collaborations I believed were rooted in reciprocity come to an end. Feeling the ache of relationships I considered family being questioned.

Yet beneath it all, I found an unexpected gift. Even the strongest support systems cannot replace the inner structure we are called to build within ourselves.

Each experience offered me the same invitation |

React... or reflect.

Where I would once have acted from urgency, I now find myself pausing. Asking not only What do I want to do? but also Can I sustain the consequences of this choice? Will this action leave me more aligned with who I am?

Aries reminds us that action creates destiny. Saturn reminds us that time reveals the true weight of every choice.

Perhaps this is emotional intelligence, not suppressing our emotions, nor allowing them to overwhelm us, but remaining in dialogue with them. Emotion is simply energy in motion. When we honour its rhythm instead of reacting to its intensity, wisdom begins to guide our actions.

If this Saturn retrograde has taught me anything, it is that sometimes the bravest action is not the fastest one. Sometimes the greatest act of courage is allowing time to mature our response until it becomes not a reflection of our pain, but an expression of our character.

I’m deeply grateful that this path has given me practices, rituals, and plant allies that help me clear not only the space around me, but the space within, so that my actions arise from clarity rather than reactivity.

Today I celebrate your life, Cauhe. I celebrate the fire that sustains us, the hands that bring my dreams into form, the heart that has made this life feel fuller, more colorful, and more possible.

And perhaps I am also celebrating the miracle of having found you along my path. That we recognized one another. That we understood our need for complementary forces, for complicity, reflection, healing, and the courage to keep becoming together.

One of the first signs that told me this was not our first lifetime was how often we met in our dreams. Again and again, we found each other in the realm of kairos, beyond linear time, beyond conditioning and limitation, somewhere behind the veil, where the rainbow is formed and every color reveals another dimension of what our love can become.

You once told me, “All I wish is for us to meet earlier in our next life.”

So, my love, this life, the next, and all the ones that continue to find us.

I am so proud to witness your sorriso 🌈 musical, the musical smile I saw when I first met you, shining so vibrantly in this new solar return, filled with color, purpose, and love.

Happy birthday, my soul partner !
How grateful I am that we found each other again. 💜💚 TE AMamOs 💙

As I prepare to receive the return of my Cancer Moon, I find myself reflecting on the path that has shaped my devotion.

Again and again, I am reminded that the sacred lives in the simplest gestures of returning to nature. To cleanse the body. To sit with the plants. To prepare a medicinal decoction. To breathe consciously. To anoint the skin with aromatic allies. To remember that within us live the same elements that sustain all of life | earth, water, fire, and air.

Every ancestral practice I offer at 🐚 siendo is, at its heart, an invitation to awaken this sacred memory. To remember the intelligence that has always lived within us and to return to the rhythms that have quietly guided humanity for generations.

I feel immense gratitude for the mentors, elders, plant teachers, and wild landscapes that continue to educate me. The more I learn, the more I realize there is to listen to. Nature has become both my greatest teacher and my greatest mirror.

As I prepare to return once more to the 🌳Amazon, I do so with humility and reverence. Not with the certainty of someone who knows, but with the openness of someone willing to be taught again.

May I continue to receive with grace, to offer with integrity, and to walk this path in devotion to the living wisdom of the natural world. Because siendo is the art of BEING.

A quest for belonging in a life that is a constant becoming….

There is a quiet threshold we all inhabit. A place between what we have inherited and what we have chosen. Between the stories written into our bodies and the presence that gently reshapes them. Between the visible and the invisible.

The ancient myth of Chiron & Chariclo reminds us that healing is never the work of the wound alone. It also belongs to the field that holds it.

🪞This reflection is an invitation to contemplate the sacred dialogue between the Hero and the Field, between Set and Setting, between genetics and epigenetics, between consciousness and the unconscious, and to discover that perhaps we are not here to choose one world over the other, but to learn how to live gracefully between them.

Para mi querida 🩵 B,

There are women who lead through vision. There are women who lead through strength. And there are women who lead through the heart.

, it has been such an honor to witness this final by your side. From the moment you invited me in the Amazon to be part of this closing chapter, I felt privileged to witness the way you embody your vision, love in motion, care in action, and purpose made tangible.

What touched me most was your capacity to care. To care for the guests, the team, the facilitators, the details, the unexpected moments, and the unseen spaces that quietly hold everything together. Without distinction. With the same presence, warmth, generosity, and devotion.
There is a particular kind of strength in leading this way. A strength rooted not in control or perfection, but in love. The kind of love that invites others to shine, to share their gifts fearlessly, and to feel safe being fully seen.

Thank you for allowing me to contribute to this journey, not only in service to the participants, but also in support of you. It was a blessing to close this cycle together and to witness a form of leadership ♐️ that reminds us what is possible when determination ♑️ and tenderness ♋️ walk hand in hand.

A leadership that nurtures, inspires, uplifts, and creates space for others to flourish.

Te quiero, cangrejita. 💜 You are SPECIAL.

There is something deeply sacred about witnessing the full cycle of a dream, being present at its genesis and also at its conscious closure. reminded me that life is meant to be lived in communion: dreaming together, creating together, celebrating together, and honoring endings with the same devotion as beginnings.

And maybe that is what imagination truly becomes, a living memory within the psyche, a place we can always return to revisit the laughter, the connection, the expansion, the wonder, and the presence we were able to share together.

To this land that year after year held so many journeys of transformation and remembrance, thank you. And to the beautiful souls that walked this spiral with me | , , .bt , , , , , , and all the others woven into this chapter, thank you for the love, trust, friendship, and presence. Endings are never truly endings… only new expressions waiting to emerge.

LIVE to IMAGINE!

JOURNAL | Lately, I’ve been reflecting on how much information surrounds us and how easy it is to mistake information for wisdom. We live in a time where knowledge is everywhere. Books, podcasts, teachers, AI, ancient traditions, and modern discoveries are all within reach. Yet one question continues to arise | “What is my purpose?”

The older I become, the more I feel that purpose is not something we find. It is something we embody. Perhaps the invitation of our time is not to know more, but to become more coherent. To align what we think, what we feel, what we say, and what we do.

This month’s reflection explores the ancient yogic stages of life, the turning of the inner wheel, and the quiet inheritance that remains when everything else changes.

One year ago, Japan opened itself to us through silence, ritual, fire, gardens, paper, tea, and prayer.

Each step through that sacred land became a soft remembering of the wisdom of wabi-sabi, the beauty that lives in impermanence, in weathered edges, in the tenderness of what is incomplete and deeply alive.

Through every practice, we touched the essence of the Yin force | receptivity, intuition, softness, and the quiet strength of allowing. As women, we witnessed how beauty does not emerge from perfection, but from presence. From cracks that let the light breathe through. From honoring the seasons within us.

A year later, the fragrance of incense, marcha, cedar, waterfalls, and tatami still lives somewhere inside the body.
And perhaps that is what Japan offered us most | the remembrance that grace often arrives gently, almost invisibly, asking only that we slow down enough to receive it.
Eight SOULS . ONE path.

There are moments in life where everything seems to dissolve at once.
The structures, the certainties, the identities, the roles we once held so tightly. And when you look around, you realize that every member of the family constellation is going through their own metamorphosis, their own existential threshold, their own becoming.

Like the moment the caterpillar dissolves inside the chrysalis before becoming the butterfly.
And perhaps that is when union matters the most.

What Hatha Yoga has taught my husband and I is that in moments of dissolution, we return to the source. To the mat. To the breath. To the sacred space that first brought us together and blessed this union into existence.

Because yoga means union.
The union between breath and body.
Between effort and surrender.
Between the self and the other.
Between what is dissolving and what is waiting to be born.
And maybe that is why, in the moments where life feels fragmented, unity becomes medicine.

Yoga became more than a practice.
It became the philosophy that taught us how to rebuild. How to witness each other through cycles of transformation. How to hold space when one is breaking while the other remembers the light. How to raise a child within the awareness that love is not static, it is alchemical.

And yes, sometimes it feels like the end. Sometimes it feels like the fire no longer has the strength to transform itself again.
But somehow, the ember remains.
Perhaps because fire understands rebirth. A Sagittarius heart and a Leo heart finding, again and again, the courage to return to what is essential.

Today I feel immense gratitude for yoga. For being the silent witness, the cosmic mother-father of our marriage, the force that continuously reminds us of the path back to coherence, humility, presence, and love.

Because in unity, there is remembrance. And in remembrance, there is strength.
Again and again, yoga reminds us that it is together, truly together, that we thrive.

In YOGA we TRUST. Te amo. 💜💚
