Wellness in the Ria Formosa -Yoga & aerial yoga, Massage, Sound Healing, Kayak tour
Most of our guests in Quinta Bohemia have never tried Aerial Yoga before, but that’s where the magic happens !
Guided step-by-step in a peaceful atmosphere, everyone—even absolute beginners—ends up surprising themselves, pushing past their limits, and striking poses they never thought possible.
It’s fun, deeply relaxing, and easily one of the most unforgettable experiences you can have while visiting the Algarve.

Arnaud and I love to play in our studio in Pirate Deluxe, in retreats, but also for private groups in their homes. We have to adapt to different settings and acoustic, it's not always easy but it's always great to change our routine.
Here I could take the Moon gong to move around the guests, which led them to an even deeper relaxation because they were completely surrounded by the vibrations.
Each sound bath is different, but all the journeys are unforgettable!
