Dar Salma invites makers across Qatar to become part of a growing community rooted in craftsmanship, culture, and meaningful making. 

We are looking for artisans and creatives working across disciplines, from woodwork, textiles, and palm weaving, to ceramics, paper, and beyond, who are interested in developing their practice, connecting with a wider audience, and exploring new opportunities for growth. 

This is not a marketplace. It is a platform built to support, nurture, and elevate makers. 

Selected participants will have the opportunity to: 
– Be part of curated exhibitions and activations 
– Access mentorship and development opportunities 
– Engage with a wider creative and cultural network

Table cloths, placemats and baby quilts, a variety of textiles all made from organic fabrics and natural dyes. All patterns have been carved, stitched and block printed by hand. Available at Dar Salma and direct delivery.

Neslihan is a ceramist from Istanbul, now based in Qatar, whose work is deeply inspired by nature and the landscapes that shape it.

Through both wheel-thrown and hand-built techniques, she creates timeless ceramic pieces that balance sculptural expression with everyday functionality, celebrating the connection between earth, art, and community.
