It's a type of fungal infection causing burning itching and redness in your v***a.

How to prevent Yeast infection?
1. Practice good hygiene
2. Keep the va**na clean and dry
3. Wear breathable underwear (cotton)
4. Keep things loose e.g.Tights, pants,skirts
5. Don't do**he, feminine hygiene products
6. Avoid hot tubs and extra hot baths, (Hot and Damp are never your friend)
7. Change your wet clothes (after swimming)
8. In the bathroom always wipe from front to back.
9. When on your period change your pads and panty liners often.

3. One glass before taking a shower

Boil/Abscess
It's a painful collection of pus usually caused by a bacterial infection, it can develop anywhere in the body, there are 2 types of them, one that develops under the skin, and one that develops inside the body,
* Never try to pop it, it can make the infection worse
How do you cure it?
Apply a warm compress to the area, 3 times a day, once it opens squeeze all the pus, apply antibiotic cream to avoid it forming back. 😊
