Starting your day right means so much, we all know that but we seem to believe that it depends on the circumstances and indeed sometimes a beautiful place helps but more than anything it depends on the time we decide to spend woth ourself, out thougths and feelings, our goals and the next small step that will take us there!

ME time -should be part of a balanced routine, of our everyday rush and never ending trial to meet all the items on the to do list and all of it in the perfect way.

Me time- is not selfish, is not a waste of time but a deep need to recharge, to make peace with all that is done but also those not done and still feel happy, successful and balanced in our own life.

Me time is the my way to prioritize and take care of myslef.

What would you do if you would have 24h just for You? ( no obligations, no work, no boss, no homework/ housework, none of that!)

Maxi dresses are my go to secret for this summer!

Not sure why I feel like I discover them just now, but I can confirm they take me from the morning coffee to the office, from the afternoon running around to the evening walk and why not to the diner on the beach.

Play with the different cuts, textures and colors and you will for sure find the ones that work for you.

Remember : Summer is too short to wear boring clothes!

Maybe rainy or sunny but it is the time of the week when you can start to slow down and find moments when you can rest, recharge, do what makes you happy!

Trebuie să recunoaștem, nu e ușor să ne simțim feminine și atrăgătoare în geci pufoase și paltoane grele.

Way too often we pass by people, have great thought about how they look, the energy they carry or just the kind smile they have and just as often we miss telling them.
