OXYHELP is a registered manufacturer for hard shell monoplace and multiplace hyperbaric chambers
Nasal cannulas and nasal pillows deliver oxygen differently inside an OxyHelp chamber.
A nasal cannula sits beneath the nose and keeps the breathing pathway open. Because chamber air mixes with the oxygen during inhalation, inspired oxygen is typically around 60–65%. It is the more open option when comfort and unrestricted breathing are the priority.
Nasal pillows use soft silicone tips that sit directly at the nostrils. With less chamber air mixing in, they can deliver a near-maximum inspired oxygen concentration from the concentrator. Because oxygen flows continuously, it can also feel slightly more noticeable when breathing out.
Both interfaces keep enclosed breathing volume to a minimum, helping reduce CO₂ rebreathing between breaths.

Day two at the Health Optimisation Summit, and it has been a good one.
It’s been a pleasure meeting so many of you at Booth D4 — old friends, familiar faces, and plenty of new ones. Thank you to everyone who stopped by, stepped inside, and asked such good questions.

Two chambers can look identical in a photo. Same shell, same brochure language. What separates them is the part that doesn’t photograph.
Which connects to what .ro asks Valentin in this clip: whether hyperbaric chambers will become more widely known.
Valentin says the category is getting traction, and that much of it still moves person to person. In his words: “the more chambers go into commercial settings in one city, the more people find out.” Then the calls start.

Two people can order the same model and end up with two different chambers.
How many seats. Whether the floor stays open or gets fitted out. The colour of the exterior, the stitch of the upholstery, the temperature of the light inside. None of it is decoration. A chamber used twice a week by one person and a chamber running sessions all day in a facility are built differently from the first conversation.
The model is where it starts. It is not where it ends.

A 500 mg curcumin capsule is not a 500 mg dose.
Published pharmacology puts oral curcumin bioavailability between
one and two percent. Five to ten milligrams reach circulation.
The rest is broken down in the liver or never absorbed at all.
Resveratrol is under one percent. Oral glutathione, under one.
EGCG, somewhere between a tenth of a percent and one and a half.
None of that is our research. It has been in the literature for
twenty years. It just never makes it onto the label.
What almost nobody looks at is the second half of that chain.
A molecule sitting in your plasma still has to reach a cell,
and at rest most of the capillary network in your muscle is closed.
That second half is what we build for. Space to move in, not only
space to lie down. Continuous fresh air, per person inside, for
the whole session.

Everyone talks about what pressure adds. Almost nobody talks about what it brings with it.
Take a chamber to 2.0 ATA and the gas around you is twice as dense. Every breath moves more mass through the same airway, and you feel it as effort exactly when you start working. Sitting still you would not notice.
The second thing is carbon dioxide. A reading that means nothing in an ordinary room means something in here, because the same number on a sensor is a different amount of pressure on you.
Neither is a reason to avoid pressure. They are reasons the air inside has to be handled properly. Ours is replaced continuously, per person inside, for the whole session. Not scrubbed and returned.
It is the least visible part of a chamber and it decides what you can do in one.
