5 советов для йога-мотивации

Вперед к цели! Йога мотивация.

1. Определитесь чего вы хотите.
Если у вас лишний вес и вам нужно его сбросить, или вы хронически уставший и йога нужна вам, чтобы лучше восстанавливаться - действуйте исходя из цели. Как только вы достигли цели - ставьте следующую! Так у вас всегда будет стимул расстелить коврик.

2. Больше не значит лучше.
Помните, что гибкость в йоге не главное. Еще в институте, в книге по теории физической культуры я узнал, что физические упражнения на растягивание не должны вызывать боль. Боль признак будущей травмы. А гибкость придет с практикой.

3. Найдите интруктора, а не гуру.
Можно найти человека, который будет специалистом, который расскажет тебе азы йоги. Но не стоит создавать для себя гуру. Ведь однажды можно разочароваться и в нём.

4. Вегетарианство?
В сутрах Патанджали написано, что любая крайность это не правильно. Правильно будет, когда через определенное время практика сама вас выведет на приемлемое питание. То как вы питаетесь, показывает кто вы есть.

5. Не грусти, улыбнись
Еще один совет. Если вы чувствуете, что стали злы на мир - улыбайтесь, культивируйте дружелюбие и жизнь станет легче. Успехов!

Established in 1934, this beautiful park is home to numerous species of mammals, including a large free-roaming Indian elephant population, wild boar, otters, the lion-tailed macaque, and more than 20 Bengal tigers. Bird-watching is a popular activity with frequent sightings of species such as darters, storks, kingfishers, hornbills, and racket-tailed drongos, along with many interesting varieties of butterflies.

Long known within India as the "go-to" destination for those seeking a great beach holiday, Goa's beautiful western coastline, overlooking the Arabian Sea, has only recently been discovered by tourists from overseas. Goa's more than 60 miles of coastline is home to some of the world's loveliest beaches, each with their own particular appeal.

Fringed by coconut palms, Maracas Bay is one of Trinidad's most famous beaches. From Port of Spain, the scenic 40-minute drive through mountainous rainforest provides breathtaking views of lush peninsulas jutting into the sea.

The beach itself is one of the most beautiful beaches close to the city. A deep blue bay laps this idyllic crescent of golden sand, and lushly-cloaked hillsides rise at its edges.

Naturally beautiful Tobago is Trinidad's less-developed younger sister. Rainforests, reefs, and white-sand beaches are the prime tourist attractions here, with excellent opportunities for snorkeling and diving. The islands attract many independent travelers who appreciate the unpretentious ambience and dramatic topography.

In particular, both islands are renowned for their excellent birding, with many avian species from nearby South America enriching the biodiversity. Trinidad and Tobago is also famous for its Carnival, held on the Monday and Tuesday before Ash Wednesday.
