Ang malupit ito... Nung in-encash ko as check yung nasa Dashboard ko natirhan ito ng P1,100.00, ngunit nung buksan ko sya ulit may dumagdag na P8,600.00 as of today! Ang saya naman!

Being a leader doesn't always mean being the bigger man/woman in the group. It also means giving inspiration during challenging times. The role of a leader is to inspire more people to stand up on their own and become self sufficient. It is not rooted in self gratification. Often times leadership also means sacrifice for the sake of many.

To those who are given more much is also required. The reward is seeing other people succeed and it is also almost inevitable to be successful yourself.

If there's any word that best describes a leader I think it is the word SELFLESSNESS.

Strive to be a leader to your organization, having a position doesn't always mean you're already a leader. Be someone who they look up to, get inspiration from and be always the first hand to help.
