Set the stencil over the area you want to paint on. Make sure you lay it over evenly. The stencil may have a bit of adhesive, so it sticks to the skin. You can tape the edges to make sure it doesn’t move once you start applying henna.

Open the tip of your henna cone and start applying to the area. Fill the spaces in the stencil with henna paste. Spread the paste throughout the design. Make sure you’ve filled all the holes or spaces.

Set it aside for about half an hour. When henna dries, wash your skin under the tap, and while the water is running, peel off the stencil.
