KSAFH Barter Community Mechanics

This is a place where for mutual exchange of goods and services - No CASH allowed. We are adopting the principle of "double coincidence of wants" in the old barter system.

WELCOME to KSAFH Barter Community. Please read these mechanics first for this group before posting.

1. This is a place where our medium of exchange is items - No CASH allowed. Strictly no buying or selling in this group.

2. Just post the item you want to exchange with anyone. With brief explanation or description. You can also post estimated worth. STRICTLY NO OVER ESTIMATION. Please be honest. Full disclosure required. IT IS REQUIRED THAT YOU STATE A GENERAL DESCRIPTION OF WHAT YOU WANT IN EXCHANGE.

3. Then other members can offer in the thread and you can choose which one you like from the ones offered. To save space and time, we will only allow up to 100 offers or 48 hours for your barter post to stay in the group before deletion.

4. The one who posted must reply PASS to items he does not want and must turn off commenting in the post after a deal has been made.

5. Once the choice has been made the barter is now deemed completed. Both parties must agree by saying DEAL. Members who steal deals or offer to barter an item that is already being offered in the thread maybe removed or blocked from the group.

6. We encourage food, ingredients, edibles, beauty products or toiletries. No harmful, unlawful, expired, indecent or unlicensed items please. Please report any post which are suspicious and unlawful or any misrepresentations.

7. Then you may use delivery arrangements as you mag agree- Charge to Recepient or Sender, depending on what you agree. Please keep numbers, delivery addresses and other personal information secure. Discuss delivery arrangements in private messages. Please maintain distancing and masks during the meet up. Make sure to sanitize items before the exchange.

8. Let's keep the group fun, dynamic, useful and inspiring in this time of pandemic.

9. Strictly no minors allowed. Each member shall be responsible and consenting adults dealing with one another in good faith. It is presumed that all the one bartering possess full ownership and right of disposal of the items being bartered.

10. Once exchange is complete, please edit your post and indicate BARTER COMPLETED, Done, Completed or Closed. The admin reserves right to delete post after the consummation of barter.

11. Members commiting cyberbullying, indecent comments and privately message members to deal shall be blocked or removed.

12. All members who violate mechanics and are reported through the report form, the FB report system and directly to moderators and Admin with proper screenshots shall be removed, muted or blocked depending on level of violation.

IMPORTANT: The page admin will not be liable or responsible for transactions betweem parties in this page. No fees shall be collected for posting or participation in this page.
