How long were you taking Ash*taba before you saw some results?

Two weeks lang. So yung dalawang lingo sa gitna ng initial diagnosis na cancer at nung final diagnosis na pelvic tuberculosis pala, inom na ‘ko ng inom ng organic supplements. ‘Yung Ash*taba, twice a day ko ininom (hanggang ngayon, actually)—isang capsule sa umaga, isa sa gabi. Pagkalabas nung biopsy results, atsaka lang ako uminom ng mga anti-TB na gamot. But before then, I took only organic supplements, including Ash*taba capsules.

So you’re saying ash*taba is the main reason your constipation is gone?

Yes. Ang pinaka nagpahirap kasi sa ‘kin nung may sakit ako ay sobrang constipation. Hindi pa ‘ko nakakainom ng anti-TB, dun pa lang sa supplement, nawala na ‘yung constipation. So sure ako na sa organic supplement na tinake ko, dun ako gumaling talaga.

Are you all clear now?

Oo. After two months ng gamutan ko, na sinimulan ko ng two weeks na puro organic supplements lang tulad ng Ash*taba ang tine-take ko, wala na akong sakit. Nung huling general check-up ko, clear na ‘yung bukol na sanhi nung constipation.

How is your lifestyle now?

All normal na. Hindi lang ako makapag-buhat ng mabibigat dahil baka bumukas yung tahi sa tyan ko. At hindi lang ako pwedeng masyadong magkape dahil acidic ako. Aside from those, I am all clear.
