✅ Welcome patients and provide an exceptional first impression throughout their visit.
✅ Schedule, confirm and coordinate appointments efficiently to ensure smooth daily operations.
✅ Maintain accurate patient records, consent forms and administrative documentation with strict confidentiality.
✅ Answer telephone enquiries professionally and provide clear information about our services.
✅ Process payments, explain treatment payment options and assist with insurance verification when required.
✅ Coordinate with our clinical team to ensure a seamless patient journey and an outstanding level of service.

🌟 We're Looking For Someone Who Has:
✔ Previous experience in reception, customer service, healthcare, hospitality or a premium service environment.
✔ Excellent spoken and written English.
✔ Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
✔ Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail.
✔ Confidence using computers, appointment scheduling software and Microsoft Office.
✔ A professional appearance, positive attitude and genuine passion for helping people.
✔ Ability to work independently while also being an excellent team player.
