Sadly, some leaders believe that the famous phrase - 'leadership is influence' - means they have the right to use any chance to manipulate and challenge people around them to their way.
In reality, it's easy to forget in a busy world that our job is to lead the way on an exciting journey, adding value and serving others to the best of our abilities.
Being a leader means:
- We initiate
- We invest
- We involve
- We inspire
Leaders don't manipulate. Leaders serve.
People matter.

Many times the entairnment prefects re do a few activities in high schools and the school gets even tired of them ...don't be the same ...Remember you are the main source of the vibes in school

Always create historical moments with in the school ..don't be predictable ..

Make a timetable for all the probable entertainment events with the administration and these should be various...include events like bonfires, karaoke nights,music fests, amazing races, blood drives,fake a funk,meme parties,kickback vibes,tech quizzes,teacher vs student competitions , fashion shows and even monumental pose evenings.

For those who were barking some days back I hope you have seen what happened in juba the reconciliation meeting which was conducted in juba by Leer intellectual forum without segregation or party, yet I had never see any one talking s**t about that meeting.

When Haak community try to come together you guys talk negatively and when Dok community come together for peace and reconciliation we usually support it as a family meeting no matter what.

My last advice to you my dear friends, uncles , in-laws and my blood nephew let's try to give Haak community a peace of mind instead. Hopefully not all of you who are talking s**t, but few are doing that. ✅🤏🤏

A young man asked Socrates the secret to success.

Socrates told the young man to meet him near the river the next morning. Next morning, they met. Socrates asked the young man to walk with him toward the river. When the water got up to their neck, Socrates took the young man by surprise and ducked him into the water.
