Despite a brain that mentally wants to lie on the couch, 🙈 I chose to actively listen to my heart and take care of it in the best possible way I can 🏃♀️🌸

When you have had a long working day and need to clear your brain 😂 I celebrate the afternoon with a wonderful run 🏃♀️ feels awesome 🌠🕺now relaxation and good food in the evening 🌸❤ balance 🧘and enjoyment is the evening's melody 🏄♀️🎵

My goal was to run 🏃♀️ half marathon in less than 2 hours before the turn of the year. For those of you who know about my journey, I say, thank you for believing in me 🙏👊 I am also grateful to myself for not giving up despite a lot of adversity along the way. This only shows what persistent will and action can take us 🏄♀️🌠🌸❤

2020 has been a year full of polarities.
It has not been easy and we have faced
a lot of struggles. But our lessons in life creates one deeper understanding and gives us an unusual opportunity to teach us to change our lives and to create a world filled with passion and a peaceful transition in to a sustainble future.
My soul's mission in life has always
been to create a world filled with pure love and understanding.
A love that is unpretentious, boundless and selfless. From the deepest part of my soul and my creation i wish you all a life filled with happiness, peace, tranquility and love for the year of 2021
