Back home after an amazing time supporting at the .wjuc in Logrono, Spain as their team therapist. It’s been long days, super hot temperatures ~ think it was pushing 40 at some points! 🥵 but we kept all the team playing for the whole tournament and had so much fun!! Even had time for a little wander and team ice cream 🍦

Macca, Brad and Fiona, you’ve created a team that’s united and friendly, a group of young ladies that you should be so proud of; the lessons they’ve learnt from you I’m sure they’ll take forward into all they do! 🤩 To the girls, thankyou so much for welcoming me into your team and family for the tournament. You’ve definitely kept me busy and we’ve had plenty of laughs along the way, especially through the early starts and late evening clinics! Keep being your amazing rockstar selves; I can’t wait to see what the future holds for you all!! Go smash the next chapter 💪🏼 And thankyou for my signed disc, it really is appreciated 🥰

As always a huge THANKYOU for the opportunity. This tournament has challenged me, helped me grow, allowed me to reflect on what I love to do and why, but most importantly it’s allowed me to learn along the 10 days away with the team. Until next time….. ✌🏼

Just finished an incredible week working as part of the medical team at the World Masters Ultimate Club Championships in Nottingham .wmucc working with some amazing Physios, Doctors, Sports Therapists, Soft tissue therapists, Paramedics and First responders alongside

It’s been such a busy week with our highest contact day seeing over 400 athletes! 😳 long days with some delirious laughter got us through though.

It’s been such a pleasure to be able to learn from fantastic clinicians both in the med tent and out pitch side. I even got to present some of the winning teams medals! 🤩

I’m super grateful as always to for the opportunity and can’t wait till the next one! ✌🏼

Another great weekend supporting Its been a weekend full of laughter and long overdue catchups! It really is very special when a group of people can create an environment that feels like coming home, allows everyone to be their authentic selves and supports each other no matter what 🥰 what a privilege to be a part of!
