Exactly what I need! Even if there are fish and meat recipes this is a perfect book. There are plenty of plant based breakfasts, lunches and snacks and dinners and you can always replace the fish with soya based meats. Can’t wait to start!

After 2 weeks on my program the big blown up belly is shrinking…. I don’t necessarily enjoy the journey with almost no carbs (just in tiny amounts), but it’s starting to show and 4x a week more intense cardio/gym without exaggeration has given me better sleep and i feel more light. 2,5 months left on the path.

Back at gym today! I am now in my 2nd week of my program I lost 1 cm around my waist and butt and from 65kg to 63,4 kgs! On the right track !
