LESS IS MORE
Ever felt like relaxing has become a task in itself on your to-do list?

It isn’t about doing wellness right, it’s about leaning back into the basics. Real reset happens when you stop adding and start subtracting. Less screen time. Less input. Less rushing to the next thing.

Just listen to what is...

Turns out, ”less is more” isn’t just a design principle—it’s how your body finally learns to breathe again. Drop the effort for a while. See what happens.

RESTART GETAWAY
The transition after summer looks different for all of us. You might be aiming to build fresh, nourishing habits for the season ahead, or simply hoping to protect the peaceful rhythm you found while off work. Whatever your path, true intention starts when you slow down, soothe your nervous system, and allow yourself to take a deep breath.

At Yasuragi, we invite you to step away from the noise and contemplate what you truly need right now. Perhaps it’s reclaiming deep, undisturbed sleep, or moving your body with intention. Maybe your mind is craving a complete digital detox, surrounded only by the quiet healing power of the forest and the sea. You might need hours of pure solitude, or meaningful, unhurried time with the people who care for you most.

Before the full momentum of autumn takes over, carve out a moment to reflect and reset. Let our warm hot springs, invigorating activities, relaxing treatments and Japanese inspired food serve as the base for your next chapter.

SOLO TIME
Reconnect with your own rhythm!
We live in a world where we are constantly available to others. We share our time, our energy, and our attention. But to have the strength to be there for the world around us, we sometimes need to step aside and simply exist for ourselves.

Going away on your own isn’t about shutting the world out—it’s about letting yourself in. When you strip away all demands, conversations, and expectations, a special kind of stillness emerges. It is within that silence that your thoughts settle, your body deeply relaxes, and new energy takes root.

Treat yourself to a moment in your own company. Bathe at your own pace, sit in silence with a cup of tea, and let the day unfold without a schedule.

THE GARDEN OF WANDERING & TRANQUILITY
Step through the Moon Gate and into a moving meditation.

Designed by NOD (Naturorienterad design) and art professor Gunilla Bandolin, our Garden of Wandering & Tranquility was created as a natural extension of the Yasuragi spirit—a space to slow down, release your breath, and return to yourself.

In Japanese aesthetics, pristine nature is the master teacher. Here, every detail holds meaning.

The Serpentin Path is a winding trail inviting you to slow your pace, step by step, fully present in the here and now.

The Moon Gate & Stepping Stones is a portal symbolizing transitions, leading onto stones that represent our journey through life.

The Oak & Pine Room invites you to reflect on the Japanese concept of Ma. Look between the branches to appreciate the beauty in the spaces between.

The Stone River is a quiet, silent river crafted to reflect impermanence and stillness.

And finally Rundillen - A circular sanctuary where sky and earth meet. In warm days we hold most of our activities at Rundillen.

Welcome out!
