As September comes to a close… 🌹✨

This month, I have been holding space for the Divine Mother while also honouring my grandmother — my first guide and one of the people who shaped the foundation of my journey into holistic health and education.

Her influence is one of the reasons I continue to stand strong in what I do today: creating spaces for connection, healing, and support within my collective.

As I close this chapter and move through the 9/9 portal, I feel ready to step into a new theme.

✨ October will be about Mental Health. ✨

A month to bring more awareness, connection, conversation, and support around something that touches every one of us.

As I move forward, I will also be using my platform to shine a light on some amazing experts and the work they are doing, creating opportunities for their wisdom and support to reach the people who need it.

One chapter closes.
Another begins.

From Divine Mother energy to collective mental health awareness — the intention remains the same: connection, support, and healing. 🌍🤍

THE FIELD SHIFT — PART 2
A Live Experience in Healing, Energy & Transformation

Sofia Rego and I are coming together again for The Field Shift — Part 2, and this time we’re bringing a beautiful new dimension into the experience.

🌙 LUNAR MANIFESTATION WITH SOFIA

For those who register, Sofia will work with your Moon or Rising sign to bring a more personal dimension to the manifestation experience — connecting what you’re ready to call into your life with the energy of this lunar cycle.

Then we’ll take it deeper.

I’ll guide you through a 30-minute live group healing, energetic clearing, visualisation experience, working with the field to:

Release → Clear & Transmute → Recode → Embody → Align

You can understand a pattern intellectually and still find yourself living it.

The same financial ceiling.
The same relationship dynamics.
The same self-doubt.
The same difficulty receiving, being visible or stepping fully into your next level.

This evening is an opportunity to experience the work, rather than simply hear us talk about it.

🇪🇬 EGYPT — ONLY 3 SPACES REMAIN

This October, I’m taking a small group on a 14-day Sovereign Leadership Retreat through Egypt.

And we are now down to the final 3 spaces.

This is not a conventional Egypt retreat.

We begin in Cairo and Giza, including private access to the King’s Chamber inside the Great Pyramid, where you’ll have the opportunity to lie inside the 4,500-year-old granite sarcophagus as part of our private experience.

Then we leave Cairo behind for two nights in the White & Black Desert, sleeping beneath the stars during the Orionid meteor shower.

From there, we journey south to Aswan, experience Nubian culture and sacred sites, before boarding our 5★ Dahabiya for a slow journey along the Nile towards Luxor.

And in Luxor, we enter one of the most important experiences of the retreat:

🔥 Private access to the sanctuary of Sekhmet at Karnak, where I’ll lead our intimate ceremony around transformation, boundaries and sovereignty.

Throughout the 14 days, I’ll be working closely with the group through Light Codes, clearing, activation, guided reflection and deeper transformational work.

🔥 FINAL 3 PLACES — PRIVATE BONUS

For the final 3 people who secure their place, I’m including an additional private 1:1 preparation session with me before we travel to Egypt.

This is separate from the group retreat.

We’ll work specifically with you — where you are now, what has been repeating in your life, what you’re ready to leave behind, and what you want to be able to hold when you return from Egypt.

So you don’t arrive on Day 1 trying to work out what you want from the experience.

You arrive already prepared for it.

This bonus is available only for the final 3 retreat places.

If Egypt has been sitting in the back of your mind, this is the moment to have the conversation.
