Hi, I am Anya, and I am living my best life.

At 32, I am in my best shape and have a loving relationship and a great career and is so deeply in love with the concept of well-being that after 10 years decided to quit fashion and create a project, that encourages others to live the life they truly desire.

I am so enthusiastic about wellness that now I have a certification in personal training and am completing courses in nutrition instead of watching Netflix in my spare time. I wake up full of energy at 5 AM, work out, and choose a wholesome diet for my daily routine. I am happy.

But let me give you a bit of background.

Up until my 30s, I was the opposite of that. After years of living a hedonistic lifestyle as a fashion editor in my 20s, fuelled by partying, poor self-care, and flavored with a good pinch of insecurity, I hit rock bottom.

I’ve suffered from depression and alcohol addiction on and off for 10 years. Trying to win this battle, I’ve discovered that the ticket to the way out is awareness of self-worth.

As I gained sobriety, I started a transformative journey of self-exploration and discovery, and today as you can see, my life is different.

My interesting and sometimes tough journey taught me that changes are made with small steps, and by taking those steps, everyone can master their life. If I could do it, you can do it too.
