These days have stretched me.

Through fear and courage,
through strength and surrender,
through endings and new beginnings.
Somewhere in between it all life is unfolding.

I trust the process. Brighter days are coming.

Veronica, your soul has lifted high now, leaving the body behind; but you will forever live close to my heart.

I met you in these past years, and we shared so many beautiful moments together, with our families, with life. I am endlessly grateful for our friendship and for the time we had.

You taught me so much in such a short while.
You cared deeply, about people, about details, about everything you touched. I used to laugh and say your brain worked at 200 km per hour. Before I even had time to think, you had already Googled it, talked to AI, found a thousand solutions, and created an action plan.

You were more than a friend. You were so close to my soul that it felt like I suddenly had an extra sister.

When I heard there would be no more “see you soon” for us in this life, something inside me broke.

The memories I carry of you are sweet, and I promise to take the best care I can of the most precious person in your world, your son, William.

Your spirit will live forever. You gave so much to this world, and you will never be forgotten.
Fly high 🤍

When you become aware of your thoughts and start rewiring your brain you change.

Not even two years ago, I skied 5 km with my family to a mountain café.
On the way back, I gave up, jumped on a scooter, and thought: “That’s enough skiing for me.”
Yesterday, I crossed the finish line in Mora after 90 km, completing Vasaloppet — the most emblematic Swedish race, from Sälen to Mora.

This race was emotional in ways I didn’t expect.
I was scared.
Scared of the cold.
Scared that my technique wasn’t good enough.
Scared that I wasn’t trained enough.

And honestly? I wasn’t “properly” prepared.
I live in Spain. I trained 30 km on snow in total for this race.

But I skied with something stronger than preparation:
the belief that my body can do what my mind decides.

After 60 km, I was exhausted.
I could have stopped and still felt proud.
But my goal was Mora — and my body kept going.
I am deeply grateful for this strength, both mental and physical.
Grateful for every message, every cheer, every update followed station by station.
My phone was full — and so was my heart.
Thank you, my beautiful family and friends.
I feel lucky. I feel abundant.
And I will never doubt what’s possible again 🤍

This wasn’t just movement. It was a release. An initiation. A restart.

Thank you to every single soul who showed up to breathe, move, and burn with us. The Year of the Horse has begun.

Special thanks:
To for the oasis provided for the practice
To for the extra magic of the crystals and scents.

Next events will be announced soon! Stay tuned!

2 hours compressed in 1 min
This practice landed just on time.
A reminder of the power we hold to choose how we respond to life; rather than unconsciously repeating old patterns shaped by past experiences. By slowing the breath and quieting the mind, we begin to see the thought loops that keep us stuck, and from that awareness, a new choice becomes possible.

Deeply grateful for the guides, teachers and mentors i have found along the way, people who embody this wisdom and inspire me to keep choosing with clarity and purpose.

What I will remember.
That simplicity isn’t about having less.
It’s about making room for more of what’s actually real.

That my life isn’t a crisis to manage,
but a gift to unwrap slowly, carefully, and with attention.
That every single morning we wake up breathing
is an invitation to start all over,
to see differently,
to stop waiting for life to begin once I’ve earned it through enough achievements.

It’s already happening.
It’s been happening.
I’ve just been too busy to notice.

As 2026 arrives, most of us make resolutions about doing more, being better, optimizing harder.

But yoga keeps asking something quieter:
what happens when we slow down enough to notice what we’re really optimizing for —
and for whom?

Nothing is a coincidence.
The other day, I looked back and found this poem I shared a long time ago.
I read it and re-read it; and each time it felt more powerful.
When the mind clings to the future
and the heart holds on to the past,
go back to your breath.
When your mind and heart feel like war zones,
return to your breathing.
That’s where calm lives. 🧘‍♀️🌬️🤍

“If you want to find the secrets of the universe, think in terms of energy, frequency and vibration.”
— Attributed to Nikola Tesla

This quote quite spoke to me and relates well to yoga.
Yoga and meditation are tools for tuning back into our natural frequency.
