It may seem easy but its not! Thats really hard to perform but Michail is handling this exercise like a boss 👊
To make this move easy you need to keep your core tight at all times, your shoulders need to be strong enough to carry your whole bodyweight and coordination should work perfectly!
This STRICT WALL WALK is as close to perfect as it gets. Its hours and hours of hard work which at last it always pays off!
wasn't always the athlete he is now, he started from the bottom and with detication and hard work he has achieved some great progress. BUT there is always more to come! Keep an eye on us👊💪

Do you want to build your chest? You dont see any effect from benching!? Then try som controlled flyes! Keep your chest up and your elbows as straight as possible. Keep a ""proud"" stance always and send some blood to your pectoralis!

Its never too late to set new goals and smash them. As long as you have a plan and you stick to it any goal can be reached.

The thing is that it came the first day that we tried it together and after he smashed his PB lift on deadlift, 140 kg.
The next goal is to get it done without a box and im sure we will achieve it!

4 months ago my uncle and client decided to transform his life to the better! He couldn't get up from the bed without pain (disc and knee problems).
Now he is able to pull some incredible weights 130 kg with great form on deadlift! He is stronger, happier and comes to train always hungry for even better results!
Huge shout out to Richard! Its not easy to do it after several years of no training!
Former Judo champion, he definitely knows how to give it your all!
