Back in Stockholm after 1,5wks of teaching in China (Shanghai and Zhengzhou). Great to see how the DNS approach is conquering Asia and how much it is appreciated! Simply a wonderful experience. Thanks to all involved in making it happen.

first year ends today. A year in which many wonderful patients and clients came through the door at and got faster, higher, stronger and smarter. Working with this runner with chronic right sided lateral hip and left sided groin pain. Focus is on improved right leg centration and support. Keeping the big toe in proper support with knee centration allows for proper right glute activation. Observe what effect engaging intra-abdominal pressure correctly does for pelvic/hip stability when going into hip flexion. This even results in improved (eccentric) activity of the hip flexors on the left.
