As I pack for a new neoNutritions assignment in Ibiza, I’m reminiscing about this article shoot in Grasse.
Marking ten Mays ago this year since it came out.

It captured me galloping between markets, gathering what was ripe, what spoke, to shape a raw Provençal editorial menu.

Kohlrabi cured like ceviche.
A pizza crust made from sauerkraut brine.
Zucchini layered crisp into lasagna.
Psychedelic Glass with greens and reds.

And that macaron, mango kneaded into almond paste,
a single wild raspberry folded within,
finished with lingonberry powder.
A quiet homage to Nordic forests.

The piece was called “Neo-Hedonism,”
A decade on, the name is more relevant than ever😉
