Begin with The Practice led by ThePractice_se , a grounding movement class to reconnect with your body, followed by a nourishing breakfast and face massage workshop with Dana Nel , sharing techniques for a relaxing at-home ritual and glowing skin.
Continue with The Pilates Sculpt led by Remedy founder —a dynamic full-body workout designed to build strength, mobility and energy.
The retreat ends with with NEH founder Tara Derakshan’s Scent & Sound Ceremony, blending sound healing, affirmations and intentional fragrances from the Altered States Collection to calm the nervous system and invite deep restoration.

Last week we opened the doors to a morning dedicated to power and presence.
Through movement, scent, reflection and connection, we were reminded that true strength is not about becoming someone else.
And that power isn't about fighting. It's about owning your space. Knowing who you are. Trusting yourself. Remembering.
