How do you lead when the ground keeps shifting? 💡
Summa’s portfolio CEOs spent three days at INSEAD in Fontainebleau working on exactly that – building the strategic and personal capabilities needed to lead through disruption, not just respond to it.
The program covered strategic agility, geopolitics, scenario planning, paradox leadership, organizational architecture, sustainable performance, and AI-enabled transformation, led by INSEAD faculty and followed by a dedicated Summa Day with Summa Advisors.

On International Women’s Day, we stand with Right To Play to support girls’ right to learn, play, and lead.
119 million girls are out of school. Nearly 1 in 3 women have experienced physical or sexual violence. Too many girls are left behind due to a lack of safe, inclusive spaces.
Through play-based learning, Right To Play helps girls build confidence, resilience, and leadership — empowering them to shape their own futures.
Gender equality requires action and collaboration.
We are proud to support the work for a more just and equal world.

Happy New Year from Summa Equity! 💚
In 2025, we focused on what matters most: buy and build resilient companies that solve global challenges and perform through cycles. We’re proud to have advanced Fund I toward full realization with the successful exits of Documaster and Milarex, and to have completed a full exit of Infobric Group in Fund II.
Beyond transactions, we continued to deepen our thematic work, publishing our annual Portfolio Report along with new insights on cybersecurity, food and agriculture, and the Planetary Boundaries framework.
A big thank you to our LPs, advisors, portfolio management teams, and the entire Summa community for your continued trust and partnership. We look forward to continuing the journey in 2026, with Summa’s 10-year anniversary ahead.
