I didn’t expect a powder foundation with this much coverage to still look this natural on the skin 👀

Why it’s going into my kit:
• Good coverage, but still looks natural
• Sweat-resistant & long-lasting
• Easy touch-ups without looking cakey
• Ultra-fine powder that helps blur pores
• Soft, velvety skin-like finish
• Melts into the skin without looking dry or flaky

I also love how I can easily remove the pan to depot it into my own palette. Soo makeup artist friendly!

Kryolan Dual Finish Foundation in shades:
3W, G177, Olive

I’m using shade 3W and for your reference I’m usually shade 21 in korean foundation, and neutral undertone.

Gets yours with kryolansingapore ✨

Why we changed her hairstyle after trial 👇🏻

Our initial thoughts:
- 1st look: Neater french twist with veil.
- 2nd look: Hollywood waves so there will be a significant ‘change’ of look between the neat french twist and 2nd look.

It’s really a debate when you do let down hairstyles for high neckline, but I thought that it would look like an old money style with her dress, which fits the vibe. It’s just like how cheongsums are high neckline, but we pair it with hollywood waves too for a vintage/oriental vibe.

Changes:
- 1st look: Neat french twist + one side fringe
- 2nd look: Messy french twist + both side fringe

This hairstyle show is the second hair look, the boho french twist! Since we experimented with fringes during trial, she knew that she preferred fringe and not a fully pulled back no fringe look. Even though both hairstyles are updos, the messy vs neat and different fringes created a variation in look.

I’m always happy that my brides speak out and communicate with me so that we can bring OUR visions together to collaborate for the best outcome. I feel that a good makeup artist listens and adapts, and doesn’t insist on her ways without considering her client.

Because my client is my princess/QUEEN of the day. Anything to make you happy ❤️✨

For Yuki’s prewedding at National Gallery!

Soft textured updo with pearls as a bridal accent ✨

For makeup, I focused on create more of contouring blush to bring out her beautiful bone structure.

Japanese Magazine Inspired:
Faux freckles.

Playful and whimsical.

I love how the trend is to add back imperfections like freckles, draw on fake overgrown eyebrows to make beauty feel more raw and personable.

Maybe we’re all tired of being too perfect and embracing rawness in this era.

What’s your thoughts on this? ✨

A little experiment with different photography angles.
