Right Hip Higher Than Left? (Lateral Pelvic Tilt)
A lateral pelvic tilt means one hip sits higher than the other. Here, the right hip is higher, which can affect your posture and movement.
**Possible causes:**
• Tight or weak muscles.
• Standing more on one leg.
• Leg length difference.
• Previous injury or compensation.
**Common signs:**
• Uneven hips or waist.
• Lower back or hip pain.
• Uneven walking.
• Extra strain on the knees and legs.
**Remember:**
A higher hip does not always mean the muscles on that side are tight. A proper assessment is needed before choosing stretches or exercises.

Fix Front Hip Tilt: Better Posture & Easy Movement
Front hip tilt happens when your pelvis dips forward, making your lower back arch too much and your stomach stick out. Balancing your hips helps you stand taller, move easier, and control your posture.
Try these 9 simple moves
Main Goal
Strong butt muscles + solid core + flexible hips = balanced posture.
Move slowly and breathe naturally—never force a stretch.
Note: A slight hip tilt is normal for many people and isn't always a bad thing. Stop if anything hurts, and see a doctor if you feel sharp pain or numbness.
