WellnessXperts is a dedicated group of coaches that have come together to develop a support system that gets people amazing results that they would not normally achieve otherwise by combining the “Power of 3” to get 100% results. Q: Is the S$50 calculated? A: The S$50 includes 4 passes. Each pass entitled you for a workout session and post recovery drinks. Q: Is the S$50 the only fee I need to pay to enter the challenge or are there other fees I will be asked to pay after that to remain in the challenge or participate in the activities? A: There are no other REQUIRED FEES to participate in each 4 week session of the Fit Challenge or have access to the Fit Club activities. Timing and Time Commitment:
Q: Am I required to attend a certain amount of Fit Club activities per week or per month? A: There is no required amount of activities that you MUST participate in, however in order for us to track your progress so that you have a chance to win the challenge we request that you attend a beginning “orientation” and “weigh in” session as well as our amazing “fit test.” Thereafter the amount of activities you participate in, is really up to you. The more you attend, the better your results and greater the chances of you being a Fit Challenge Winner!! Q: What is the timing of your various Fit Club Activities? A: Every Wednesday starting at 7:00pm, usually ends in an hour. Q: Where do the activities take place? Q: Is this a personal training program or will I have a “personal trainer”? A: WellnessXperts is not a gym but rather a complete lifestyle program put together by a group of coaches, to give you results that you would not normally see by going to the gym or engaging a personal trainer. All Fit Club Activities are held in a group setting and you will have a personal coach that will help guide you in getting “100% results”. Q: What do I need to bring with me when attending a Fit Club activity? A: Please make sure to come to the Fit Club activities prepared to exercise with the proper clothing and footwear. You may also want to bring a towel and a change of clothing. You can also bring a water bottle. PARTICIPATION:
Q: Can I participate in the Fit Challenge even if I have injuries or physical limitations? A: Yes everyone is welcome to join. We ask however that you notify your personal coach and the person leading the activity of your condition. We will always encourage you to push yourself but to know your limitations and to feel free to step out or rest during an activity if needed. Q: Can I bring someone with me to join the challenge, and/or any of the activities? A: At any time you may invite anyone you wish to participate in anyone of our activities absolutely free!
