Advise to take 2 sachets per day (1 sachet before breakfast + 1 sachet before bed)
Czer = 1 week after operation
Normal = 1-2 days after giving birth

Amalkan satu paket setiap hari sebelum sarapan pagi atau sebelum tidur. Untuk keputusan yg lebih cepat, amalkan dua paket sehari (sebelum sarapan pagi dan sebelum tidur). Amalkan 3-4 liter air setiap Hari. Pelan pemakanan berserat tinggi (buah-buahan dan sayur-sayuran) digalakkan. Elakkan pengambilan minuman alkohol /kaffein untuk kesan yang lebih efektif. Jauhkan dari panas cahaya matahari. Simpan di tempat kering dan sejuk untuk kesegaran. Ibu menyusu boleh amalkan*. Ibu mengandung tidak digalakkan.
