I personally change my nail design every 1–2 weeks because… I get bored WAY too easily 😂

And here’s your reminder: gel does NOT automatically weaken your natural nails. 🤍

If your nails are properly prepped, the product is applied correctly, and removal is done safely, your natural nails can remain healthy underneath.

Having a nail tech who is properly trained, certified, and knows how to use an e-file correctly makes a HUGE difference too. 🫶🏻

So no, you don’t have to be scared of gel nails damaging your natural nails.
It’s all about the technique, products, application AND removal.
