what’s your go-to products for self care?

in these 2 months of training, i’ve gained so much, so this is an appreciation post for the founders of .official , and the organising committee of the training .n_82 🫶🏼

apart from learning from the weekly courses conducted by the organising committee and some of our own, i think more importantly i’ve nurtured the habit of doing regular postings. when i first started this training, i was afraid of how my friends would judge me, i was afraid of spamming my friends, and most importantly, i didn’t want to be doing ineffective posting.

i’ve learned how to do up nice collaterals so that y’know, hopefully ppl will pause and give it a read, effective posting on social media, so that my content gets to the right people. and again, i think it’s making it a habit of regular posting that hits me the most! i feel at ease about posting & showing my face😬

other than that, i love the friendships i’ve gained through this training. it’s never easy being alone in a country outside of hq, but this group is always so inclusive🤍

i’m setting a goal to reach 500 followers for this biz account by the end of 2023, with more skincare, business, and lifestyle content! (also the reason why i’m posting it here instead of my personal account — i wanna reach 2000 followers on that, just leaving it here🤭)
