How long did it took me to achieve such result? It took me about 6 months to really see the difference. I was 63kg back in March 2020. Now I'm hovering around 54-56kg.
Did I exercise? Nope. I just control what I consume. Less sugar, less salt, less fried. More greens and healthier option meals + before bed daily.
