Why We May Not Be Able to Assign 2 Technicians to 1 Customer

At Relax Nails & Spa, we understand that sometimes customers may be rushing and hope to have two technicians working at the same time to finish faster. 💅

Whenever manpower allows, we will always try our best to accommodate.

However, during busy periods, especially weekends, we may not be able to assign 2 staff to 1 customer.

Why? Because we also need to take care of our other appointment customers, walk-in customers and package customers who are waiting for their turn.

With today’s manpower and labour costs, we have to schedule our technicians carefully so that every customer can still receive proper service without making others wait too long.

We truly appreciate your patience and understanding. ❤️

We may not always be the fastest, but we will always try our best to give every customer good service, proper attention and quality work.
