About Us

Butterfly Apothecary is a luxury skincare and wellness brand known for our loyal livestream community across TikTok, Shopee, and Facebook Live. We're scaling fast, and we're looking for a detail-oriented admin to support our backend operations and manage our private communities.

What You'll Do

Livestream & Backend Operations
- Prepare and update bundle pricing sheets and product listings ahead of each livestream
- Provide backend support during live streams: adjusting promo mechanics in real time and assisting with live stream demands
- Track orders, fulfilment, and customer requests during and after streams
- Coordinate with streamers to ensure pricing, stock, and promo details are accurate

Telegram/WhatsApp Community Management
- Manage day-to-day activity in our private Telegram community
- Post scheduled content (education, founder stories, promos) in our brand voice
- Monitor engagement and flag opportunities to grow the community
- Support VIP promos, product drops, and community-only offers

What We're Looking For
- Steady under pressure and dependable during peak periods (livestream days, launches, and promos will occasionally mean hours outside the norm; overtime is compensated accordingly)
- Strong attention to detail and comfort working with spreadsheets/order data
- Familiarity with Telegram, WhatsApp, or similar community platforms
- Able to work flexible hours around livestream schedules
- Organized, reliable, and able to multitask during live sessions

Nice to Have
- Prior experience supporting livestream selling or ecommerce operations
- Experience with ecommerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop) a plus
