This is probably one of the hardest posts I’ve had to write.

My health condition has worsened unexpectedly over the past few weeks and I need to fully focus on recovery for the next season of my life.

Because of this, I’ll be temporarily pausing:
• all sound healing sessions
• regular livestreaming

for minimally the next 2–3 months onwards until my condition stabilizes.

Over the past few months, my health has progressively declined and after seeing my doctor this week, reality finally hit me very hard.

There were a lot of tears.
A lot of fear.
A lot of processing.

I’ll share more during my last 2 livestreams because I know many of you will have questions about what happened to me.

For the past 9 years, many of you have known me through Stellar K-Beauty.

My work has always been about sourcing the best Korean beauty products and helping our community take better care of their skin & hair.

As we step into 2026, a Year 1 of new beginnings, I’d like to reintroduce myself a little.

Over the past year, I quietly went through professional training and became a certified Sound Practitioner.

I was personally looking for ways to slow down, reset my nervous system, and think more clearly during stressful periods.

Sound therapy works through vibration and frequency.

In simple terms, it helps the body shift out of constant “fight or flight” mode, allowing the mind to settle and the body to relax.

Many people experience deeper rest, clearer thoughts, and a stronger sense of inner calm after a session.

It’s a gentle, supportive practice to help you reconnect with yourself, especially if you’re feeling tired, overwhelmed, or constantly “on”.

I’d love to invite my Stellar K customers to experience this for themselves.
