EHA Clinic is a medical aesthetic clinic led by Dr Elias Tam, Clinical Lecturer at University College London and the doctor who teaches doctors.

We treat skin laxity, acne, acne scars, and more. Every treatment plan is built around what your skin needs. A concern on the skin doesn’t always start on the skin. Sagging can trace back to the retaining ligaments beneath the surface, not just looser skin. Dullness or slow healing can trace back to hormones or circulation, not just the surface layer. Before recommending any treatment, our doctors look at the anatomy and the underlying biology driving the concern, not only how it appears.

This is also where aesthetic medicine is heading. SAM Conference 2026 is themed “Regenerative, Longevity and Holistic Medicine,” reflecting a shift from treating appearance alone toward supporting how the body ages and functions over time. Elias Tam is speaking across three days this July.

24 July. Invited faculty at the pre-conference symposium on muscle stimulation in the GLP-1 era.
25 July. Precision Regeneration, on combining biostimulators with botulinum toxin, dermal fillers and energy-based devices.
26 July. Moderating a session on novel treatments for skin quality, covering pigment, texture and vascular concerns.

The same approach shapes every consultation at EHA Clinic. Anatomy first, underlying cause second, treatment plan matched to what’s found, not a fixed package. Not just addressing how skin looks today, but supporting how it ages over time.

Why melasma keeps coming back after treatment.
Melasma sits deep in the skin, and the triggers are still active long after a flare settles: hormones, sun, stress. Treating the pigment without addressing what drives it is why most patients see it return.
Four reasons it comes back:
Hormones surge from pregnancy, contraceptives, or menopause.
Sun darkens what is already there.
Stress and poor sleep make it worse.
Over-aggressive treatment backfires. The skin responds to trauma by producing more pigment.
Doctors at EHA Clinic approach melasma based on what is driving it — the triggers, the depth, and the skin’s response to treatment — before any protocol is decided. Rush the process and you trigger the reaction you are trying to undo.
EHA’s Melanin Reset programme also incorporates a pigmentation correction injectable that works across multiple pigment pathways. More on that in the next reel.
If your melasma keeps returning, the starting point is understanding what is driving it. DM or WhatsApp 8168 7235 to book a pigmentation assessment at EHA Clinic Singapore.

A fake Ultherapy machine was flagged in KL recently.

Ultherapy targets one precise layer beneath the skin. A fake machine misses it. Not by much. Enough to hit nerve, bone, or muscle instead. That is not a bad result. That is an injury.

Not all pigmentation is the same. Treating it the same way is why it keeps coming back.
Superficial or deep. That single distinction changes the treatment entirely.
Freckles. Superficial. Genetic, triggered by sun exposure. Often fades on its own with consistent sun protection.
Post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH). Triggered by acne, injury, or irritation. The skin producing pigment as a defence response. Responds well to targeted treatment when identified correctly.
Melasma. Driven by hormones, sun, and stress. More common in Asian skin. In Dr Elias Tam’s clinical experience, the most challenging pigmentation type to treat because the triggers are ongoing, not a single event.
Nevus of Ota. Congenital. Pigment cells sit in the deeper layers of the skin. Requires a longer treatment course and a different approach entirely from surface pigmentation.
If pigmentation keeps coming back after treatment, the question worth asking is whether the right type was identified in the first place. A proper assessment starts there.

At EHA Clinic, we do not adopt a treatment because it is new or trending. We adopt it when the clinical evidence supports it and when it fills a genuine gap for our patients.
The pigmentation correction injectable is one example. A combination of succinic acid and hyaluronic acid, delivered directly into the dermis where pigmentation lives.
It works on three levels: converting existing dark pigment to a lighter shade, blocking new melanin production at the enzyme level, and redirecting the skin’s repair response in post-acne marks and PIH.

The face has muscles. They get stronger when activated. They get weaker when ignored.
Most lifting treatments address the skin. WonderFace addresses both — the skin and the underlying muscles that support it.
Two mechanisms, one session. Radiofrequency stimulates collagen activity in the deeper layers of the skin. Neuromuscular stimulation activates the facial muscles that contribute to laxity over time, including the zygomaticus major and frontalis. The muscles get a workout the skin cannot give them.
A typical session is 25 minutes lying down. Non-invasive, with a mild warm sensation and occasional muscle activation as the treatment works.

Jawline softening. Cheeks losing definition. That tired look that does not match how you feel on the inside.

The right treatment depends on what is actually happening in your face.

At EHA Clinic, every consultation begins with a skin examination, history-taking, and photographs before anything is recommended. A protocol shaped by Dr Elias Tam, a Clinical Lecturer at University College London, World President-Elect of the International College of Surgeons, and a doctor who has trained doctors for over decades.

For Jerry, that assessment led to two treatments. A PLLA Collagen Stimulator to rebuild structural support from within. Botulinum toxin to release the muscles pulling the lower face downward. Together, the face is supported, not stretched.

Your concerns may need a different combination. That is what the consultation is for.

It is not just the sweating. It is everything that comes with it.
Excessive underarm sweating affects daily life in two compounding ways — the sweating itself, and the darkening it can quietly leave behind.
Dr Jane Pang, Lead Aesthetic Doctor at EHA Clinic Singapore, sees this pattern regularly. Patients describe bringing two or three sets of clothes when they go out. Changing every two to three hours so no one notices. Avoiding raised-arm photos, certain colours, certain situations.
Then there is the second layer. Stronger antiperspirants can irritate the skin. Frequent shaving and friction can too. Over time, that irritation leads to post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation — what most people simply call dark underarms.
If sweating is disrupting your life, a consultation is the right starting point. Book via the link in bio.

Surgery feels like too much. Antiperspirants have stopped working. It can feel like nothing in between exists.

There is something in between.

Dr Jane Pang, Lead Aesthetic Doctor at EHA Clinic Singapore, addresses disruptive underarm sweating with botulinum toxin delivered into the underarm area, targeting the nerve signals that trigger the sweat glands. Under an hour. No surgery. No downtime. Results in this area tend to last considerably longer than the three to four months typical of muscle-relaxing applications, though individual response varies.

Your skincare isn‘t failing you. It’s just not designed for this.

Flat marks and indented scars are two different problems, and that‘s why your Vitamin C isn’t moving the texture.

Flat red or brown marks after a breakout are PIH. Skincare works here. Vitamin C, retinol, sunscreen. Stay consistent.

True textural scars are structural. Lost collagen. Tethered skin. No topical can rebuild this. Microneedling, subcision, and chemical peels are the right tools.

If your marks are fading but the texture isn‘t shifting, your skincare is doing its job. The texture piece just needs a different approach.
